Senior AI Strategist

Remote (US-based) Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Strategist to join our distributed team of world-class AI experts. In this role, you will work directly with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy engagements with enterprise clients across multiple industries
Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
Design governance frameworks and risk management strategies for AI implementations
Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI product development initiatives
Contribute to thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies
Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, consulting, or product leadership roles
Proven track record of delivering successful AI implementations at enterprise scale
Deep understanding of machine learning technologies, architectures, and use cases
Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
Experience with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or leading tech companies
Published thought leadership in AI strategy or related fields
Active involvement in AI professional communities and conferences
Experience with generative AI and large language model implementations
Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or AI research
